ORIGINAL CLAMPED METAL PUMPS

ORIGINAL CLAMPED PLASTIC PUMPS

Wilden’s plastic Original™ Series lends itself to various processes and waste applications. Wilden also offers a multitude of elastomer options, including Teflon® PTFE, to meet your abrasion, temperature, and chemical compatibility concerns.
HIGH PRESSURE PUMPS
Wilden’s high pressure pumps offer the extra pressure that standard air operated double diaphragm simply cannot achieve. Their unique design enables the pumps to utilize an integral air amplifier to boost output pressures to three times the input air pressure available from factory compressed air lines.
These pumps are of the bolted design and are most suited for filter press applications when a dry cake is required. Other applications such pumping high viscosity medium or through long distance lines are achievable with these pumps.
Available in 1” and 2” sizes in cast iron or stainless steel construction with Teflon or Wilflex elastomers, they can handle most liquids with abrasive or corrosive properties up to 20 bar discharge pressures.
SANIFLO® PUMPS
The Saniflo™ Series pump line is specifically designed to meet the strict guidelines established for sanitary process applications. Saniflo™ pumps incorporate a straight flow-through design, large solids passage and efficiencies to insure process success. Saniflo™ pumps have a shear sensitive operation, Tri-clamp® style fittings and are offered in various surface finishes. The Saniflo™ pump line also offers pumps that are CIP (clean in place) and COP (clean out of place) for ease of use and maintenance. Wilden is consistently meeting and exceeding industry standards by having the certifications needed (FDA, USDA, 3A, ATEX) in order to help refine your process.
BRAHMA PUMPS
These Brahma pumps are equipped with flap valves instead of ball valves thus they are capable of handling large solids and heavy slurries. Having a top suction and bottom discharge manifold arrangement and large internal clearances together with a flow through design, clogging is virtually eliminated. Along with the many features the Brahma pump has to offer, they are equipped with the Turbo-Flo or Pro-Flo Shift air distribution systems. Both of which are easy to maintain, efficient to operate and have been proven in utilitarian and tough applications underground and above ground. The bolted construction provides total product containment and is completely submersible.
STALLION PUMPS
Stallion pumps are designed to excel in harsh mining environments and are successful in metalliferous, coal, and other open cut and underground mines for site dewatering and general transfer applications.
